The windows installer update "WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86.exe" is necessary for PBX machines with a computer running Win2000
and following points are fulfilled:

- machine computer is running with operating system Win2000
- profile database is installed locally on the PBX
- profile database DB V20.17.05.02 or higher is going to be installed
